Keith is a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney and graduate of the Wake Forest University School of Law. Since graduating, he has dedicated his career to helping providers on payment issues, largely through educational means. In 1995, he spent 3 years as the operations director of a health care clinic where he gained hands-on experience with accounts management workflow and techniques. Since 1998, he has given over a 1000 educational seminars to health care providers nationwide. The seminars have gained recognition as some of the most unprecedented and immediately-useful reimbursement programs offered anywhere in the country.
This Webinar presentation will cover an entire range of issues relating to liens and assignments - basically everything you need to know. Laws, rationales, boiler plated language, and let's not forget - ways you can immediately start to use the information.
